All refunds returned will have an administration fee of 4.5% deducted from original invoice total. No refund will be giving in the case of the following:

• If client purchased a “Special Offer”.
• If client have approved and sign-off on all design work.
• If work has started on client samples and design changes have been done at client request.
• If the party for whom the design work is being created for closes their business, changes the name, or changes its activity.
• If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the design work of Choice MediaWorks Design Studio.
• If client does not communicate with Choice MediaWorks Design Studio for more than 6 months following the signing and submission of design work.

Note: If client has paid using a credit card – money will be transferred back to clients credit card account. It may take up to 6 business days for money to appear in clients account. If client paid using a check or a money order, client’s refund will be sent by check.
